Mohamad Azzam, MD

Dr. Azzam is double boarded in Anesthesiology and Pain Management.

He earned his medical degree from Northeastern Ohio University College of Medicine. He completed his internship at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and his residency in Anesthesiology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. After finishing his residency he went on to complete his fellowship in Pain Management at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.

Liven Up is a medical spa with loctions in the Houston Heights and Webster, Texas that specializes in therapeutic treatments to help you improve your health and elevate your well-being. All services are overseen by our Medical Director, Dr. Azzam and provided by our Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, Rachel Thompson.

Rachel Thompson, AGACNP-BC

Rachel has 20 years of nursing experience, including cardiovascular surgery, emergency medicine, all peri operative services, cosmetic surgery, and pain management. She comlpeted her undergraduate work at Louisiana State University and her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at Walden University.
